Feel the fear but do it anyway.

Sometimes small things scare us. First we stay in denial, then we delay in accepting it and then finally one day we deal with it.

From a very long time, I have not been uploading doodles or my writings on my blog because I’ve been afraid. It’s been a strange feeling. I’ve been afraid of being judged for my work and have also just wanted to put the best out for my readers.

Still a bit anxious, but uploading this doodle for you.. 🙂

P.s. Hope this quote lightens some of your monday blues. Do tell me how you feel about it. Also, share your experiences if you have ever faced a similar situation like mine.

  1. Nice doodles there dear. I understand that even small things can be scary, but thank you for coming forward with this doodle. Your fear is also something you should probably work on.
Two quotes that I like concerning fear are:

    Psalm 34:4
“I sought the Lord, and he answered me
and delivered me from all my fears”.

    Philippians 4:13
” I can do all things through him who strengthens me”.

While we can try to do things on our own, God is able to help us in dealing with our fears. God is able to put things in order for us and to make things work out for our good. To overcome fear, we need to put God first. God is the king and there is nothing impossible for him to do.

If anyone reading is interested in building a relationship with God, I have a post on that here: https://christcenteredruminations.wordpress.com/2018/08/29/how-to-build-a-relationship-with-god/

There is much more to know about God. I post frequently on my blog about topics related to God. You are welcome to follow my blog to keep up with my content.

-All the best. May God bless you.

  2. I felt the same before I got back to blogging. That people will read my work and judge me for my words, thoughts and feelings. But I just thought this is important to me so to hell with it. Thank you
